Our computer collections system receives data from calipers, micrometers, indicators, and spring testers then calculates sigma, CPK & PPK. Allowing us to maintain process control and capability on all dimensions.
P. J. Spring Co, Inc. recognizes its responsibilities as a manufacturer to fully comply with all contractual provisions and governing regulatory specification requirements. To this end, P. J. Spring has developed a comprehensive quality assurance program and quality system. This program and system establishes controls throughout the entire manufacturing cycle from proposals and bids to end-item delivery. It also assures meeting quality objectives and minimizes the possibility of compromises which could affect product quality and reliability. The Quality Assurance Program is complete and responsive to all requirements of the ISO 9001:2000 series standards and Government specification MIL-Q-9858A.
